Cupping Notes: This specialty coffee is a very sweet cup. Light to Medium roasts include brown sugars, caramel, fruits such as raisin and orange along with a honey sweetness. Dark roasts also are quite sweet with some vanilla and caramels balancing out the cocoa bittersweets and dark berry flavors. Fragrances while brewing can include sugars, raisin, and cinnamon, along with a clean chocolate sweetness.
