Cupping Notes: This specialty coffee includes fruity notes, simple syrups, raisins, tannic tea, and cocoa. Light roasts have a moderate acidity. Medium to Dark roasts bring out the sweetness along with the syrup and honey notes. This coffee is an excellent daily drinker and makes a nice exotic espresso!
