Cupping Notes: Medium roasts include a moderate sweetness of unrefined sugars, and barley syrup. This coffee has a nice body with bittersweet cocoa notes. As it cools, it has a chocolate raisin taste and cinnamon spice. Dark roasts include a syrupy chocolate bittersweet aftertaste and a citrus accent that is nice to the mouth. This is an amazing single origin coffee and a for sure daily drinker. Brewing fragrances include a cinnamon spice, brown sugar, caramel, and a berry and raisin fruit hint. This coffee is excellent for espresso.
