Cupping Notes: This specialty coffee excels in middle roasts and can include notes of blueberries, herbal honey, peaches, apricot, a tiny bit of bitters such as orange peel. This coffee can also be enjoyed as a dark roast. At this roast level, the coffee is still very fruity and may add notes such as pear and stewed peaches. The acidity is well rounded and at this level, the cocoa flavors come into play. Fragrances that can be found while brewing include a honey sweetness, dried fruits such as berries and floral notes. This is a very clean tasting and great coffee! It can also be enjoyed as a fruity espresso.
