Cupping Notes: This specialty coffee is very bright, full of florals, with notes of citrus, sugars, and melon. LIght roasts make an incredible aromatic cup, with depths of sweetness. The flavors are very clean and cool to notes of white grape, rue herbs, and jasmine, with a hint of citrus. Medium roasts have an incredible body, and feature sugarcane juice, simple syrup, & grape. Dark roasts aren't recommended as the light and medium roasts really excel with this coffee. Fragrances that may appear during brewing include strong florals, lilac and jasmine, raw sugars, hints of banana, and red fruits.
