Cupping Notes: This specialty coffee really excels in light to middle roasts. At light roast, the coffee is extremely fruity, almost like a fruit salad of flavors that can include red raspberry, strawberry, honeydew, mango, papaya, and orange. The flavors are very clean with a black tea like accent. Medium roasts will bring about a bittersweetness and additional fruit flavors that are a bit sour like blueberry, and plums. I don't recommend this coffee as an espresso or too dark of a roast profile. Fragrances that can be found while brewing include a very fruity complex of raspberry, strawberry, melon, fruit florals, and Earl Grey tea.
