The floral notes take center stage along with a balanced sweetness and hints of citrus.This coffee is light and bright, and simply great for pour over brewing. Dark roasts can be enjoyed but it loses plenty of it nuances when brought to that roast level. Fragrances that can be found while brewing include strong floral notes of jasmine, rose, & rue, along with a sweetness such as dark honey and simple syrup.
