Cupping Notes: This is a very bright and clean coffee which includes a perfect acidity level. Light roasts are the brightest and include a juicy, fruity, and black tea complex. Fruit flavors that are strong include notes of pineapple, fresh peach, and a chai spice tea. Medium roasts have more body and brought out more of a dark berry taste that really lingers in the aftertaste. Dark roasts are also as fruity but with much more bittersweet flavors and hints of spiced plum. Fragrances that can be found while brewing include a sweetness of raw sugar, citrus, & dark tea.
